The quote means that the best way to recreating yourself is by doing it the right way. If you want to do something do it the way it has to be done, the right way. The right way is recreation. An example of this can be like when you have a game against a school but they dont have any fans. You can be a good person and ask some of the people from your side if they can cheer for the other team to give them support. This is something nice to do because if you dont have any people cheering for you you wont want too play at all. But since they did they felt they had support and they played a good game.

Write down what you want most and see it often" -Peter Vidmar This means to never give p your goals for something you want right away. an example of this can be like if you want to be a professional athlete. You have t have goals in order to get to it. You need short term goals in order to get to your long term goal. For me my goal is to be a baseball player and play for the school. In order for me to do that i have to practice a lot, run faster and be ready for anything. These are things that i can do for short term goals. But when it comes to a long term goal you wont be able o accomplish it right away.
