what this means is that if its something that is not right dont get involved in it, and if its not true dont say it. An exapmle if this can be when your out with you rfriends and they want to do drugs. You alredy know drugs are bad so dont do it. Anohter example can be when see someone say something that is not true, dont say anything.

Write down what you want most and see it often" -Peter Vidmar This means to never give p your goals for something you want right away. an example of this can be like if you want to be a professional athlete. You have t have goals in order to get to it. You need short term goals in order to get to your long term goal. For me my goal is to be a baseball player and play for the school. In order for me to do that i have to practice a lot, run faster and be ready for anything. These are things that i can do for short term goals. But when it comes to a long term goal you wont be able o accomplish it right away.
