What this quote says is that wealth comes from heart. It also means that when you are being a respectful person you are being kind to everyone. It mostly means being a good person, having good character and also being able t do the right things. An example of this can be when you are doing something and you see someone having trouble you should help them and not just watch them struggle. If you do that you are a good person, you don't want them to treat you bad when your the one that is having trouble. Help them and they will help you.

Write down what you want most and see it often" -Peter Vidmar This means to never give p your goals for something you want right away. an example of this can be like if you want to be a professional athlete. You have t have goals in order to get to it. You need short term goals in order to get to your long term goal. For me my goal is to be a baseball player and play for the school. In order for me to do that i have to practice a lot, run faster and be ready for anything. These are things that i can do for short term goals. But when it comes to a long term goal you wont be able o accomplish it right away.
