what this quote means is that you wont cheat on anything that you do. An example of this quote can be like when your taking a test, you know that your not supposed to cheat so you don't. Another example of this can be when you playing a game with someone and you want to be fair so you don't cheat. When you don't cheat that's when you know that you are being fair to the other people that are playing with you. If you cheat no one will want to play with you because you cheat and your not being fair.

Write down what you want most and see it often" -Peter Vidmar This means to never give p your goals for something you want right away. an example of this can be like if you want to be a professional athlete. You have t have goals in order to get to it. You need short term goals in order to get to your long term goal. For me my goal is to be a baseball player and play for the school. In order for me to do that i have to practice a lot, run faster and be ready for anything. These are things that i can do for short term goals. But when it comes to a long term goal you wont be able o accomplish it right away.
